Dr. Caitlin, PT, DPT 

Dr. Caitlin is driven by a mission to help children being challenged in keeping their underwear clean and dry, while also advocating for greater access to pediatric pelvic health services..

Relocating from Connecticut to Texas, she has found a true sense of home and fulfillment in her career. With a specialization in pediatrics since 2013 and a focus on pediatric pelvic health since 2014, Dr. Caitlin brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. 

From 2014 to 2019, Dr. Caitlin diligently cared for children and women in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Texas Children's Hospital. During that time her passion for pediatric pelvic health flourished, inspiring her to establish Unconstipated Kids in 2020. 

Dr. Caitlin has curated a unique and holistic approach at Unconstipated Kids. She has innovated a comprehensive, whole-body methodology through a combination of continuing education courses across multiple realms including pediatrics, pelvic health, breath work, fascial management, and more.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Caitlin cherishes her roles as a dedicated wife and mother. She has an immense amount of gratitude for her loving and supportive husband, Vince, and their kiddos. 1 Thess 5:16-18

With an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of children and families, Dr. Caitlin stands for best practice within pediatric pelvic health, embodying a compassionate and holistic approach.

 

Dr. Melissa, PT, DPT, NCS

Dr. Melissa is ready to help your child tackle their next goal and maximize their potential.  Whether it’s constipation or gross motor milestones Dr. Melissa is dedicated to finding the right strategy and tools for your child.  

Dr. Melissa graduated from PT school in 2011 from Texas Tech University and then started working in Pediatrics at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Houston. During her 11 years at Shriners, she had the privilege of helping start an inpatient rehab unit, worked in outpatient care, coordinated the amputee clinic, and found passion in the details through working in the motion analysis lab. 

In 2022, Dr. Melissa, opened her own private practice, Bloom for All Physical Therapy to help kids tackle gross motor skills and constipation. Bloom for All also has a monthly free clinic to serve all the kids in our city. She is passionate about teaching parents and other clinicians, mission work, and helping kids explore their world and meet their goals. 

Dr. Melissa is a board-certified Neurologic Specialist and is trained in Neurodevelopmental Treatment.  She has had the privilege of teaching at Texas Woman’s University Physical Therapy School, Gaza, Palestine, the Cerebral Palsy Annual Academy, and APTA sections at the Pediatrics Conference. 

Outside of work, you will find Melissa baking, cooking, and enjoying nature with her friends. She is all about quality time with those around her.
